As a Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney and former Assistant State Attorney, Nicholas E. Case dismissed
I was charged with 15 felony counts after my ex wife turned "evidence" in to the police. Mr. Stack was able to get my case dismissed. He worked hard for me and his staff was always courteous and helpful.

Saved my Bacon
I hired Mr. Stack after I was arrested following an alleged failure to stop at a stop sign and ended up charged with possession with intent. The PD came to me with an offer of 3 years in prison. After hiring Stack, I ended up with a reasonable sentence of probation.
