As a Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney and former Assistant State Attorney, Nicholas E. Stack is adept at identifying the weaknesses in the prosecution case and uses that knowledge to benefit his clients. He knows the criminal justice system inside and out and has successfully defended clients in various criminal cases.
Mr. Stack was also employed as an Assistant Public Defender handling major crimes in the Fifth Judicial Circuit. This detailed experience, combined with his enthusiastic advocacy for his clients, has taught him how to not only try cases and succeed, i.e. securing numerous not guilty verdicts, but also to secure dismissals without ever having gone to trial.
Mr. Stack believes that everyone deserves a competent defense; this is why it is his mission to safeguard your rights by explaining the legal process and options available.

I was charged with 15 felony counts after my ex wife turned "evidence" in to the police. Mr. Stack was able to get my case dismissed. He worked hard for me and his staff was always courteous and helpful.

My fiancé was falsely accused of a Robbery with a Firearm in 2017. He sat in the Lake County jail for 11 months and if found guilty he could've faced 10 years to Life. Nicholas Stack beat his case and he was found not guilty and walked away the same day. I highly recommend any and everyone to this ma...

I hired Mr. Stack after I was arrested following an alleged failure to stop at a stop sign and ended up charged with possession with intent. The PD came to me with an offer of 3 years in prison. After hiring Stack, I ended up with a reasonable sentence of probation.

An unfortunate and highly exaggerated argument with my wife led me to be arrested for felony charges even though my wife never meant for it to go that far. Neither one of us realized that when cops are called, the State is the one that presses charges and it looked like I was in for tough times. Ni...
"When I was a prosecutor and saw Mr. Stack was the defense attorney I knew I better bring my A game."
"It is without hesitation that I endorse Nick Stack. Nick is at the very top of my list for referring clients to a criminal defense attorney. Once I have referred a client to Nick and his staff, I know that the client has just been sent to the best in Central Florida. Nick and his staff are known to provide immediate and continuing attention to the client throughout the representation. In trial, Nick is, without question, one of the best around. Bottom line, if you are accused or being investigated, you will want to hire Nick Stack."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Stack is one of the best criminal trial attorneys that I have ever had the privilege of working with. I worked against Mr. Stack when he was working with the Lake County State Attorney's Office and I worked with Mr. Stack at the Lake County Public Defender's Office prior to him going into private practice. I have personal knowledge that Mr. Stack has went to trial in over 20 cases to verdict. Mr. Stack is a relentless criminal defense attorney, always prepared and will file the proper motions to have your case dismissed or suppressed."
"I endorse Nicholas Stack and have confidently referred clients and friends to him for criminal matters."
