Joel holds two degrees from the University of Florida, receiving his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the College of Law. Between his undergraduate and post-graduate degrees, Joel was the marketing director for one of North Florida's largest credit unions.
Joel is the elected County Attorney for Columbia County, Florida. He represents the Town of White Springs, the Suwannee County Supervisor of Elections, and the Baker County Clerk of Court.
