Joshua S. Bickman

Joshua Bickman is the lawyer you want on your side plain and simple. Mr. Bickman is an experienced litigator who will fight for you tooth and nail. I must admit my situation looked grim and Mr. Bickman never once at any point in time led me to believe that everything was going to be sunshine and dais...ies. Since my ex-spouse recently left our house and left to Miami-Dade and filed the divorce case in Miami-Dade, I looked for an attorney there, and found Joshua. The first thing Joshua did in the Miami courthouse was he successfully argued to get the case brought back to Osceola County. After the case was filed in Osceola County, I decided to keep Joshua, and although it was a 4 hour drive for him, he always came to the courthouse whenever he needed to be there, and he brought my case to a close with a very satisfactory outcome for me. He was always responsive to my calls whenever I had questions. He was very good in the courtroom and he was able to convey all the things I wanted the judge to understand, and I think this was a large part of why I was able to get the outcome I had hoped for in the beginning. Mr. Bickman was able to untangle the mess my previous attorney left behind. He was very straight forward with me as to what to expect and in actuality, he wasn't far off. I like that he took the bull by the horns and lead my complicated divorce to a speedy resolve. He did an excellent job focusing on... what was important and (I'm sure) saved me thousands of dollars by not litigating meaningless matters that opposing council raised. When it came time to litigate, he controlled the situation and had opposing council in constant disarray.
