Joshua S. Bickman

Joshua Bickman is the lawyer you want on your side plain and simple. Mr. Bickman is an experienced litigator who will fight for you tooth and nail. I must admit my situation looked grim and Mr. Bickman never once at any point in time led me to believe that everything was going to be sunshine and dais...ies. He was always very clear and concise in regards to the possible outcome of my divorce, good and bad, whether you wanted to hear about it or not, that is his job and he is very good at it. Mr. Bickman was able to untangle the mess my previous attorney left behind. He was very straight forward with me as to what to expect and in actuality, he wasn't far off. I like that he took the bull by the horns and lead my complicated divorce to a speedy resolve. He did an excellent job focusing on... what was important and (I'm sure) saved me thousands of dollars by not litigating meaningless matters that opposing council raised. When it came time to litigate, he controlled the situation and had opposing council in constant disarray. Joshua Bickman really helped me get everything that was important to me in my case. Being a man the system is usually built against us and almost always pro-mother. When I sat with him I was nervous because divorce is not easy and I was being threatened by the mother that she was going to take my dau...ghter and I was only going to see her on her terms and on a limited basis. I gave Mr. Bickman all the information about my case and what I wanted. As close to 50% custody, and not lose my 401K and that was about it as everything else is replaceable. Mr. Bickman took me for a fool. He keeping my Divorce case open for stupid reasons to get money from me. Then to my final Divorce hearing there was no MSA (Martial Settlement Agreement). Now 6 months later my ex-husband is taking me to court again for modification since Mr. Bickman did nothing corr...ectly! More money I have to spend on another attorney now. A divorce that should of been less than $3,000 is now costing me over $7,000.
