Well recommended and can be trusted.

I was recommended to Mr. Tam by a fellow co-worker which found him through the internet. Mr. Tam helped me with a garnishment, and also with my bankruptcy (ch 7). I owed over 24k, and for a fraction of the cost he got it done. Very professional, and he knows the system very well. Just make sure yo...u have your case number when you contact him if your being garnished. Thank You Very much and God Bless Daniel Tam!!!

Excellent and Efficient Service

I hired Daniel Tam to fix some problems on my credit report. His response was fast and efficient. He took care of the problem right away and fixed it in record time. His fee was very reasonable and I will highly recommend his services to all my contacts and keep working with him in the future.

Outstanding Attorney

Mr. Tam represented me in a lawsuit filed against me and had it Voluntarily Dismissed! I couldn't be happier with his services. And now he's assisting me in getting a few old debts removed from my credit report!! I have full confidence in him and highly recommend him!!

Got default judgement vacated.

Dan was amazing. He took on my case to quash a default judgement that I had received. The default judgement was received without proper process service and in the wrong venue. Dan interviewed me, created an Affidavit and wrote a 24 page motion to dismiss. The motion was extremely well written. Wi...thin days of submitting to the court the judgment was vacated and the case dismissed. Thanks Dan - you were great. I highly recommend using Daniel Tam.

Great experience

The experience from Daniel Tam has beeN a great one.He was honest straight up and very knowledgeable. Daniel understood how stressful and dissappointing my situation was to me and immediately took action on my behalf . Honestly my initial payment was well spent. At the end I was very satisfied ... with the outcome of my case. I will definitely come back to him if any other issues arrise . Thanks Mr.Tam great work !!
