I consulted with Nina for my father's case against a large private disability firm. After five years of receiving the benefit he paid into we received devastating news that based on a review of the case my father was no longer disabled with an immediate termination. I immediately filed an appeal, req...uested all medical documents and sent a letter disabusing the insurance company of their "facts" of his disabilities. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful and were denied as "their doctors" disagreed. We consulted with a few attorneys all over the country (Illinois, Florida, etc..) This was a concern as we are located in IL and she is located in FL however as I stated earlier Nina was very candid, thorough, and created a great rapport from the very first consult.
