My case was a complicated one to say the least. I'd spoken to a few attorneys in my state on the west coast, and went over the particulars of my case. I knew I was due disability benefits, but my ex-employer was denying me from every angle possible. The separation was NOT amicable. Progress that, when it really came down to it, was a critical factor between whether or not I was going to receive the money I was due. I would highly recommend her in general, but if your case is remotely complicated, with an end result that was in doubt, you couldn't choose a better lawyer to represent you and your best interests! I’m so glad Nina was assigned to my case. Employer Short and Long Term Disability insurance is a difficult at best and as much as your case worker says they are for you, they are not. I originally spoke with Nina after searching for lawyers inline. She is very upfront and honest. Nina is very custome...r focused and does what is best for you.
