Hello this review regarding the professional and timely handling of my Disability Case is being done it a effort to assist anyone who has a legitimate disability claim and would like the absolute best chance of it being settled favorably . My assessment of the professional job that was needed to win ...my case and the services received that resulted in winning a settlement that was 100 % larger than the insurance company has originally offered , was accomplished by Nina and Eddie at the firm . I am the first one to admit that I AM WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOST DIFFICULT CLIENT THEY HAVE HAD OR WILL EVER HAVE . I can make this statement due to the fact that I have spent over 30 years in the insurance / financial services industry , as matter of fact one of my specialties was the marketing and selling of both individual and group disability products . I am sure both Eddie and Nina would agree that this made there job of representing me and negotiating my settlement very challenging , as my extensive knowledge of the industry and in particular disability income products was often times a hindrance . I also need to state that I had a previous law firm that was handling my case for over 2 years before FINALLING finding Dabdoub and specifically Nina . My previous lawyer was a friend and a very good real estate / general law professional , however he lacked the integral and detailed knowledge necessary to navigate the SHARK INFESTED WATERS known as THE CLAIMS DEPT OF A MAJOR INS COMPANY . This lack of experience and knowledge cost me time and money WITHOUT ONE SINGLE PENNY IN BENEFITS BEING PAID . I was so frustrated I even considered filing the lawsuit in the courts and represent myself as I had the knowledge , however what's the saying " a person represent himself in court , has a fool for a client " . Nina and her assistant Sonja could not have been more helpful in handling my case. Faced with progression of a rare disease and unable to work after a near 30 year career, I was denied disability benefits through my employer. Let me start by saying, I was very weary of contacting any lawyer due to me being sick with a disease not a lot of people know about.
