My case was a complicated one to say the least. I'd spoken to a few attorneys in my state on the west coast, and went over the particulars of my case. I knew I was due disability benefits, but my ex-employer was denying me from every angle possible. The separation was NOT amicable. I’m so glad Nina was assigned to my case. Employer Short and Long Term Disability insurance is a difficult at best and as much as your case worker says they are for you, they are not. I originally spoke with Nina after searching for lawyers inline. She is very upfront and honest. Nina is very custome...r focused and does what is best for you. Nina and her staff were extremely competent. All that was required of me was to provide the necessary medical records and information pertinent to my injury and they handled everything.
