Biography
I am a trial lawyer. This distinction is important because out of 100,000 lawyers in Florida, a very small percentage of lawyers ever accumulate the breadth of experience in front of juries, that I have had the privilege of acquiring. Recently, Martindale Hubbell, an independent peer review ratings entity, anonymously surveyed judges and lawyers who had practiced with me. I received an AV Rating, 4.9 out of 5. Although there are no official statistics, Martindale has indicated there are fewer than 7,000 lawyers with this rating. Growing up, I saw how having too much power could permit abuse by business owners, insurance companies and resourceful individuals. I am proud that since I began my practice, I have represented those less fortunate and in need of someone to champion their cause. Very on point
I am a realtor and sold a house for a seller represented by Erick Trivedi. Even though the property was not located in the same town, he was on top of the job and kept everything organized. He was very reliable about communicating and I would surely recommend him!
