Let me say that my wife and I have been trying to figure out what to do with our 2nd mortgage for more than 7 years. We defaulted on it when the economy went downhill. We fixed our first mortgage but the second didn't want to work with us. 7 plus years later we found Zagales Law. When I tell you i...t was a God Send...it was Truly a GOD SEND. We met Alejandro Zagales at his office, from the very start he made us feel like we knew eachother for awhile and we had just met for the first time. When we sat down with him he asked about our situation so we explained what we have been through. He began to tell us step by step what he was going to do, but what was more impressive was that after he told us he printed out a paper and on that paper was everything he just said signed by him and he had us sign as well. Now let me tell you that I truly thought it would take a long time...maybe months or even a year, but let me tell you in all honesty it took 1 month. We could not believe it. Not only that, they would always call or email us letting us know where in the process they were and what was being offered and accomplished. The best thing is they saved us SOOO much money that we were ecstatic. We couldn't believe that after 7 plus years we are finally done with the 2nd mortgage. We must have thanked them a hundred times but it wouldn't come close to what they have done for us. They've given us peace and tranquility back, but most of all we would love to thank them for there hard work and there honesty and most of all for giving us closure to this issue in such a short amount of time and for the price that I still can't believe was so low!!!
