I would like to express my experience with Lawyers Title Network. My husband and I signed with them two years ago (year-to-date no house, just dirt on our lot) , with Steel X and Hallmark Home Mortgage. The are accomplice with Steel X home, and they are steeling hundreds of thousands of dollars... from innocent families, who have worked very hard to buy their first home. ALEJANDRO MARRIAGA the owner of Lawyers Title Network is a con artist just like Richard Rivera. If you are about to do a closing with this title company, Steel x and any and any bank related to this people, SAVE YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DONT. They are using the buyers money( deposits and down payments) to pay for commissions and fees instead of going to the bank how it should be. Lawyers Title Network is supposed to have your money in an escrow account which I doubt they do. Do your research and you will find ALEJANDRO MARRIAGA in may lawsuits defending Steel X Homes
