I hired Avi via a friend referral -- best. referral. ever! -- for the closing of my condo and his expertise and direction were instrumental to my psychological well-being during this harrowing process. As with everything, what may seem simple isn't always simple. The closing for my condo had plenty o...f road blocks and hiccups but Avi took care of most, if not all the minutiae nuisance. I don't think I'd close another property without him. Also, I don't usually recommend or write-up reviews (simply because no one lives up to my standard -- which aren't THAT high, btw), but I completely trusted Avi to do what is best with me and my money; and I don't trust ANYONE with my money. Best decision I made to do this transaction with.

He is very responsive, he cares and he is very patient. And trust me, my clients are not easy, there is always some problem with my closing...s or my clients but Avi always gets it fixed.
