Biography
Steven J. Adamczyk has resided in Naples since 1990 and oversees the firm’s estate planning, probate and corporate practice and also focuses in the areas of community associations and real estate law.
Steve started his practice in 2008 and appreciates the opportunity he has to help clients plan for their futures and advising clients daily on a number of different issues. Since his practice began, he has expanded his areas of practice to include asset protection, trust administration, and general counsel for corporations and limited liability companies, assisting them with numerous matters including acquisitions, leases, and commercial litigation. Advising community associations on covenant enforcement, collections, and dispute resolutions are some of the most important areas of focus to which Steve daily attends. He enjoys the environment and experience Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, PLLC provides for attorneys to advise and interact with clients.
Steve met his wife, Samantha, at the University of Florida in Gainesville. They were married in 2009 and have two daughters. Steve enjoys spending his spare time in Naples by playing golf, spending time with his family, and playing piano for his church and different charity organizations. He also loves to be a Florida Gator.
