Mark Edward Adamczyk

Mark E. Adamczyk, Esq. has been a Naples resident since 1990 and is the founding shareholder of Adamczyk Law Firm, PLLC.  Prior to opening the Firm, Mark co-founded Goede & Adamczyk, PLLC in 2010, which became Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, PLLC in 2012.

Mark started his law practice in the commercial real estate division of a large Atlanta, Georgia firm.  Early in his career, Mark gained extensive training in title examination, title insurance, contract drafting and lease drafting, which helped pave the way for his current real estate practice.  Today, Mark represents buyers and sellers in residential transactions and also represents developers, landlords and tenants in commercial transactions.  Mark also handles complex real estate and title litigation involving breach of contract, quiet title, easement disputes and evictions. 

Mark is also one of a handful of lawyers in Southwest Florida who focuses on community association law on a daily basis. Mark has provided hundreds of legal opinions to condominium associations, homeowners associations and co-operatives.  Mark has significant experience with document and rule amendments, covenant enforcement, mediation, arbitration and collections matters.  Mark’s extensive community association practice has earned him a position at Ave Maria School of Law as adjunct professor of Condo & HOA Law.  While at Goede & Adamczyk, PLLC, Mark also wrote dozens of expert legal columns in the Naples Daily News, which featured legal opinions on community association and real estate issues.

When he is not working with clients, Mark spends time with his two sons, ages 8 and 6.  Mark also enjoys golf, cooking, singing and entertaining, and following his beloved Florida State Seminoles and Boston Red Sox.  Mark is a 2-time club golf champion at Quail Creek Country Club in Naples.
