When I first met Mr Goldstein and explain my situation, he was very honest with me and told me not to go ahead with my case and wait a while if I wanted this to be a success. I waited the time he gave me and the next appointment he went over my case and he started to work on my case after I hired him. The system was slow and things dragged on but I was a lil patient and and Mr never left my side and kept updating me. If you don’t understand something and needs help call his office, you may not get Mr Goldstein right away but he does return your call n his staffs are nice or they will pass your msg to him and he will call you even if it’s the next day. I’m very grateful to God and Mr Goldstein and his teams for their help and time they give to my case. My Advice to anyone who wants Mr Goldstein office to help you with your case, pls follow his instructions or advice you will have better success with your case and patient counts. My case is still on going but i couldnt resist the urge to leave a half contract term review. With the assistance of a Paralegal called Bianca Curtipeanu, i have been so impressed with the way my case took off! We had an employee, Jose, who was charged with a criminal offence that could have put his immigration status in jeopardy. Steve worked closely with the criminal defense council to draft the language that the DA used in the sentencing document. Steve recommended we do this so that if immigration issues were to arise later, we would be able to fight to keep Jose in the country. Sure enough, after all the criminal proceedings were done, ICE detained Jose and kept him in custody for two years. I count us as incredibly lucky and blessed to have engaged the services of Steve Goldstein. He had the vision and forethought when we first came to him to put a defendable plan in place. He executed a legal strategy that, in the end, allowed us to prevail. It took two years of fighting and two appeals to the BIA to get the job done – mainly because of how broken the immigration system is and the fact that the judge who heard the case was incredibly conservative. In the end, Jose was one of less than 1.5% of people in his situation to gain cancellation of removal. I credit Steve and the team at the Pozo Goldstein firm with having the insight to put a strategic legal plan in place that saved Jose from deportation. Steve was personally vested in this case. He genuinely cared about the outcome. This was a 10 round, heavy weight fight. We took a lot of punches but with Steve’s perseverance and legal skills, in the end, we came out on top.
