Probably the best attorney I encountered in my entire life. He genuinely cared about me and what I had to say. He was very patient to listen to what was taking place in my life and in a very considerate way gave me the best possible advice. He doesn’t have the “all business mentality” – he actually t...

Mr. Kuvin was so easy to work with. He helped me when he didn't have to, and made me feel extremely confident in not only the case, but in his care. Both he, and his administrator were so attentive, I felt more like a friend than a client.
Tracy, thank you for your kind words. I am happy we were able to secure the benefits to which you are entitled.

I Hired Lowell in 2012 to pursue a federal workplace case involving sexual orientation and lack of title VII coverage. Lowell embraced the merits of this case as a personal challenge and we worked together seamlessly. Lowell was always accessible, easy to talk with, and made me feel like I was his ...
Thanks for trusting us David. We will continue to work diligently on your case.

A couple of years ago Mr. Kuvin handled a case where I was involved along with many others, with an abusive restaurant chain in the city of Miami. The case took a little more than a year to be resolved, and was resolved favorably to me, and all the other employees involved in the complaint. Mr Kuvin ...
Thank you for your recommendation. We work very hard to resolve every case with a favorable outcome for our clients. After working in the hospitality industry as a server and a restaurant manager, I know how hard people in the "industry" work for their wages/tips.

Lowell is the best in his field. He is my first call when I have an employment or labor law question.
Thanks Grant. We work hard to recover the maximum for our clients.
"It has been 10 years since I have known Attorney Lowell Kuvin. Whether it is at the prestigious Saint Thomas University School of Law or the courtrooms where Attorney Kuvin often makes appearances on behalf of his clients, Attorney Kuvin always impressed me by his sharp legal mind, a master understanding of the law, and zealous advocacy on behalf of his clients, especially in the areas of employment law and litigation. Attorney Kuvin cares about his clients and he is even more energized when the matter involves unlawful discrimination. Attorney Kuvin has worked on several complex cases in this area, some of them were cases of first impression, presenting new issues in the law or issues worth further merits consideration. In each of these cases, Attorney Kuvin performed brilliantly, ensuring his clients' rights are protected while also improving the law and setting new precedents. We are all better off because of his practice. I endorse Attorney Kuvin as a skilled and capable lawyer."
"Lowell is a leader in the areas of wage/hour and overtime litigation as well as employment discrimination. His wealth of knowledge and experience is a great asset to his clients."
"Lowell is a great attorney who is not only 'down to earth' but also very passionate. If you need a employment/labor attorney, don't hesitate to contact Lowell."
"Lowel and I went to law school together. Even then, he was well respected as a hard worker who was always prepared. Now, as a practicing attorney, Lowell works his hardest to obtain favorable results for all of his clients, no matter their legal issue. I endorse this lawyer."
"I've know Lowell for years, and worked with him for several months. In the field of labor law in South Florida, which mostly concerns restaurant and hotel employees and focuses on tip-share issues, Lowell is the man. His knowledge is broad and deep, and his concern for his clients is real. Highest rating."
