I have never taught not ever believed my immigration status would ever be adjusted. I had a major criminal record and in process for removal . Spent a lot of money on a lot attorneys and the answer was always the same . 'Their is nothing we can do for you' Mr Sibersky was different , he compassionat...e , frank and knows the law , he is very meticulous , knowledgable , and some one who can get results. Because of him and his hard work am now a U.S. Citizen I highly recommend him for all immigration matters. And especially when you have the worse case .

My case wasn`t straight forward from the beggining and i spent tons of time worrying about it. I had a criminal matter involved, so i was looking for a lawyer who not only has EXCEPTIONAL immigration AND criminal related to immigration KNOWLEDGE, but also a lawyer who will make me feel COMFORTABLE T...O TRUST my future life to him basically. Maybe at some point i even became too crazy about it since i saw around 7 high rated lawyers before i met Daniel. After first minutes of conversation i felt myself like im speaking with a good and kind friend. He explained me everything step by step, every detail, gave me full and complete responces on every questions i had ( and i had a lot! ). After first consultation i had no doubts i will proceed with Daniel and im very happy with my choice. He was always a step ahead, he did an extra effort in collecting all necessary papers to make sure my case is on point and USCIS has nothing additional to request, he even went to the couthouse himself to obtain one specific paper because he believed it will serve me best than paper that i obtained there by myself ( it was not complete and i had no clue) and VERY IMPORTANT(!) he was ALWAYS responsive! I could reach him at any working day and he would find a time to talk to me over the phone or if he was busy, to call me back in a timely manner . This is just exceptional quality for a lawyer! Usually you deal with representatives or paralegals for a such matters. Im giving him all 5 stars in trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable and kept me informed and i only wish i could give 6 or more :) My immigtation matter was resolved successfully and im feeling so relived and grateful to Daniel for his help, time, patience, knowledge and kindndess.
