Well, I must start this review by admitting that I am totally biased to praise the great work of Mr. Sibirsky, but it is the kind of bias that should be trusted. I should specify that my only relationship with him is that of lawyer-client; yet his performance left my wife and me forever in love with ...him. When we first went to visit Mr Sibirsky's office, My wife had just lost an asylum case and her situation looked terrible. Mr Sibirsky was profoundly sincere with respect to the seriousness of the case from the beginning, and he assured us that he will employ all his experience and would work hard with us for the best possible result. Mr Sibirsky never took the case for granted, as many lawyers we visited before did. I just wished my wife had found him earlier in her asylum process, it would have saved her a lot of money and stress; as he would have been by far a better handler of such a delicate situation. I must mention that my wife did hire at the beginning of her case a "very reputable" lawyer in the Miami- Broward area, who ended up being extremely expensive, over confident, and incredibly incompetent. On the other hand, Mr sibirsky charged us a very comprehensive fee, and had a level of commitment to the case that I could not believe possible, he would meet with us as many times as he thought necessary (which were many, and sometimes at ridiculous days of the week and time). Yes, that is what you get f you hire him, a very dedicated and extremely competent professional who would put so much time and effort to your immigration case that would make you recover your faith in lawyers. Mr Sibirsky got my wife's asylum case terminated and was able to have her permanent resident granted through the Cuban Adjustment act. The process was long; as I mentioned before, her situation was very delicate when we got to his office, but he was able to handle it very well. Today, we have no words to thank him enough. And we highly recommend him as the most professional and competent lawyer to handle your immigration case.

Daniel Sibirsky is very professional, he walked us step-by-step through the application for naturalization process. I found Daniel's law firm through the internet and what a treasure I found!!!! My daughter and I were going to start the process of citizenship. Before Daniel, we were working with someone else and, for some reason, he didn't inspired me much confidence. I decided to check for myself in the USCIS w...ebsite about the information that he was giving me and learned that he was providing half of what I need to know and half the documents I need to have. At that point, I decided to look for someone else and found Daniel's law firm. I choose him for the same reason I'm doing this, reviews!! People were telling how good he was, how considerate and that his fees weren't crazy. Well, here I'm now, writing this review because he and the people that works for him deserved it. From start to end they were in constant touch with me, working with me with the application and answering all the possible question I put to them. They made everything so easy!!! With my daughter, even though she lives in NY, he helped her through emails and the phone, and now he is helping my son-in-law to get his papers. I can't say enough good thing about him. This process is not easy, you are always scare but, my advise, have someone like Daniel by your side!!! Thanks, thanks, thanks!!!

Mr. Sibirsky is an excellent lawyer. Not only he helped us with our complicated case that other lawyers refused to take because of complexity, he also saved our marriage by winning our case and allowing us to stay in the US. We filed for the I-751 (Removal of condition) the first time with poor c...onsulting from a previous lawyer while my wife and I were living in different states for employment reasons. Our case got denied and I was about to be put on removal proceeding, however after we hired Mr. Sibirsky, he was able to file another petition and walk us through the process and was very creative and methodical in guiding us on how and what to gather for bona fide documents. Mr. Sibirsky is a thorough, meticulous and best of all, easy to reach lawyer, which was a big problem we had with other lawyers before. He is an excellent communicator and will keep you updated all the time. He submitted our application within two weeks, and we filed a huge "really huge" stack of documents that USCIS had no choice but to approve the application, and it is all because of his guidance. Mr. Sibirsky went with me to FOUR info passes at the USCIS to try to expedite processing!! He also prepared my wife and I in his office for over 5 hours for our interview. His questions were hard and grilling, but that really made the interview feel like a breeze. We were really prepared afterward! I highly recommend Mr. Sibirsky without reservations. From our experience, it is hard to find a lawyer who is as committed and dedicated as he is. Thanks Mr. Daniel!

I had gone to a law firm for my removal process I was placed on 2012, Mr.Sibirsky was called in to take care of my case, I was overwhelmed, felt alone and confused by the problem I had to face, I can't explained the feeling of confidence he gave me with just the first impression from him, very caring... person and extremely honest. I knew right there I was in good hands! Of course I worried, but he kept me informed at all times throughout the process. He never made me feel judge base on my mistakes. With his incredibly knowledge, hard work, and dedication he was able to have my removal terminated by the judge and a Non opposition motion from DHS. His 22 page argument about my case was extremely done well. I owe him so much for all he has done for me. I was relief that I could leave that in the past and move on. On 2015 I finally decided to pursuit my U.S Citizenship and had no doubt to reach out again to Mr.Sibirsky I knew he was the only person I can trust with my case because deep down I was afraid of being denied and be place again on deportation. Well I wasn’t surprise to learn that he had open his owned Law Firm I knew it was a matter of time his talent and knowledge and the passion he has for his work is outstanding! When I reached out to him he spoke to me like a friend never treated me as client he always made me feel very confident about this process he was happy to hear from me and even after three years he remember who I was and all the details about my case, that’s when you know you have made the right choice when you have a lawyer that treats like a friend than to see you as a dollar sign! Mr.Sibirsky was able to do all my case through phone calls, emails and even mail me the paper work since I’m almost four hours away from him, he was able to work with me at all time to answer all my questions and trust me I ask a lot but never seem to bother him. He prepared me a week before the interview with Maureen (She’s awesome as well) on what to expect on my interview, and she went out of her way set up another call with me just to make sure I felt comfortable on the interview which he answer all my questions and guided me through it all step by step for over an hour! He prepared my application with a cover sheet explaining why they couldn’t denied it and seriously to have your interview officer say to you: I read the coversheet prepared by your lawyer everything looks great!, and not to even have a question regarding your case, well that just leaves you speechless and assures you that Mr.Sibirsky knows what’s he’s doing! Maureen was by myside on the interview prepared to answer any questions they may had. After just a few days after my interview I was able to accomplish my U.S Citizenship and I owe it all to him, Maureen is great access to his office she’s wonderful professional and very understanding person! I’m blessed to have the opportunity to meet great human beings. It’s so difficult to express my gratitude in a few paragraph, but rest assure that Mr.Daniel is the best choice when it comes to your immigration needs. I would highly recommend him to any one that needs truly professional, knowledgeable assistance. He was the BEST choice I have made in my life so far… I will forever be grateful to him and his wonderful staff.
