Miss Dienstag handled three very difficult legal situations for my daughter, first was a divorce and a child custody agreement that was very contentious because of Florida's very liberal laws governing custody rights and ultimately a legal action to re-visit the existing custody rights with the goal ...of ceasing the granted rights because of abusive behavior.
