I was in the midst of a ridiculously contested divorce, that had been dragging on for over a year and a half, thanks to opposing counsel and her manipulative corroborations with my previous attorneys. It was like God had answered my prayer when I found Ms. Dienstag here on Avvo. Yes, Cynthia has many years of experience in her field, and is very knowledgeable. But what truly sets her apart from the rest is that she genuinely cares for her clients, and for the children that are caught in the middle. She is definitely not like some other attorneys, whom take advantage of your dire situation to make a few extra dollars. Cynthia...sincerely...cares! Cynthia managed to finalize my long-standing divorce in 4 months! We were dealing with an opposing counsel that acted as though she was out to get me personally (and I never knew this woman); endless verbal attacks and fictitious allegations. Truthfully the worst attorney, and in my opinion, not someone who is dealing with a "full deck of cards," per say. Someone with a criminal and FL State Bar disciplinary history and a 1.5 rating on Avvo!! Cynthia was tough and relentless with this attorney, nipping her attacks and games in the bud! In addition, my divorce was finalized with the outcome that I wanted. My only regret was not retaining Cynthia sooner. In earnest, I would recommend Cynthia to anyone that would need her services, and in fact, I already have. Please do yourself a favor...if you are in the midst of a divorce, retain Ms. Dienstag. Believe me, you will have a compassionate and unyielding fighter in your corner!

Without a doubt you'd be getting the top attorney with Cynthia. Attorneys can make or break a case and in my complex divorce she achieved a result every other attorney (including opposing counsels) said was impossible. But she knew more than them, was better prepared and prevailed. I will be forev...er grateful for her work. If you have the opportunity to hire her, you are lucky. Her knowledge and professionalism puts her way above the others. Since divorces often have life changing consequences, you need the best and that is her. She cares about her client which is rare among divorce lawyers. 5 stars don't do justice to her quality.

Miss Dienstag was highly recommended by a family friend who hired her for her dissolution of marriage a couple of years prior.
