I Received a final Deportation order in Oct 2012, It was a real complicated case I was hopeless at times, We tried to reopen case with a Joint motion with the government but they denied that twice after a year of struggling with DHS and Knowing that anytime ICE would show up at my door, Revilla Law ...Firm were able to get my case re-opened through a Sua Sponte Motion with the Judge and I was able to file for adjustment of status.
