What I really liked about Chad is he let you make the decisions when it came down to your case. He would give you his best advice, which was always great but let you deiced on what you want to do next. His office worked great with me and handled everything very well and got my case handled in a very ...timing manner as well. I would 100% use Chad and team again if needed or would referrer to friends and family.

I found Mr. Levy after calling a number of employment attorneys and being referred to him. I am grateful to him for taking my case and going to bat on my behalf. In a right-to-work state like Florida employees don't have much recourse in employment matters, as the law favors the employer. However,... under federal guidelines, one is entitled to paid overtime work and it was under these guidelines that Mr. Levy took up my case. I forwarded him as much supporting information as I had, and with these documents he was able to put together a case on my behalf. He did it without any "fuss or muss," and with no aggravation on my part. Based on his recommendation, the case was settled without a trial and a settlement amount was agreed upon. Within a matter of weeks I had a settlement check from my former employer for unpaid overtime hours worked.
