Chad Evan Levy

Mr. Chad Levy is a hard-working, reputable attorney. My case included several dimensions; sex and disability discrimination, and retaliation thereto. While I could have easily gone the distance in federal court, which Mr. Levy was prepared to do, he sought a reasonable settlement for the benefit of m...y family. Because I knew Mr. Levy and staff understood my case based on the language of the EEOC charge and amendment they filed on my behalf, I really had no reason to call. Most of my emails consisted of follow-up or emotional questions - which were always timely answered. Mr. Levy understood my case was more about being wronged than a need for money. So a settlement that represented a company paying out to avoid losing in court was the outcome I sought. I received 7x the starting negotiation point, which allows me to conclude the company knew they had mistreated me and further allowed me to close this chapter in my life. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone with an employment related issue.

We found Attorney Chad Levy via an internet search and received very very bad service. We put our trust into Levy and Levy, PA to help us with a very sensitive matter against a company and the main thing we were fighting for which was not being paid for hours worked, he never addressed. To make mat...ter worst, we didn't know it wasn't addressed to until he decided to drop us as clients a couple months later. We mainly had contact with Diane which got to the point of ignoring out calls and emails. We felt like a burden to this firm than clients. We only spoke to Chad after he dismissed us. He refused to subpoena information, refused to share all information from the company or never really asked to information from the company. When I finally spoke to him to understand why we were dismissed, he treated us like he was going to file charges against me for asking. Not pleasant. We wasted time thinking we had someone to help us. Very upsetting to spend months with a lawyer and think we are about to file charge and go to court, per Diane, only to be treated this way! And not clear why!

Mr. Levy's office staff has been polite, knowledgeable, and timely with their responses. I understand that courts and our legal system do not move fast, and the whole process takes time and moves at its own speed.; "hurry up, then wait" to use a military term. I had a few stressful moments like any other party to a lawsuit and when those happened Mr. Levy's office was kind enough to take a few moments out of their busy day to answer me even if just to say, "Yes, everything is fine and moving along as planned." I've always received a call back or reply to my emails within a business day - which if you've ever had to deal with an attorney's office before you'll know that kind of response time is VERY rare. I understand why Mr. Levy came so highly recommended from other attorneys, and I'm glad I talked to his office before agreeing to get representation from another office. I highly, highly recommend contacting them for any legal matter!
