I practice in Florida, although I'm also admitted to the Colorado Bar (and was formerly admittted in New York).
My practice involves the handling of appellate matters in most areas of civil law.
In addition, I provide "trial support" by conducting legal research and by preparing motions, memoranda, responses, etc. I also handle litigation, prepare wills and contracts and assist with credit card debt.
I’ve learned many things in law since I began practicing in Florida over 25 years ago. I’ve been involved with all types of cases and issues in that time and I’ve learned that a “one size fits all” approach doesn’t work”: every situation is unique in some way. The first part of my job is to listen to what you’re saying about your particular needs. I make every effort to respond promptly to your phone calls and e-mails. ’
A large part of my practice is devoted to helping trial lawyers. I do this by handling appeals (in most areas of civil law) and by providing assistance with whatever issues or needs may arise in the course of litigation. In that context, I’m a troubleshooter.
Other areas of my practice include providing wills (and other related documents),negotiating with credit card creditors, handling contract matters, and handling disputes (which may or may not have reached the trial level).
You are welcome to contact me (without charge) to discuss any legal matter or question that you may have. Because I'm based in North Broward (near the Palm Beach County border), I commonly work with clients in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and Miami. The "reach" of the Internet, however, allows me to service clients beyond South Florida and throughout the state.
I look forward to working with you.
