I have been a practicing attorney in the fields of workers compensation and Marchman Act (securing Court ordered treatment for addicts) for the past 30 years. I handle cases covering the entire State of Florida from the Keys to Jacksonville and west to Pensacola. I go to you!!!!! My primary goal is to make sure that injured parties are properly compensated for their on the job injuries. I also represent families with loved ones who are addicted and refusing treatment and I secure court ordered care for their substance abuse. I am a sole practitioner and you will be represented solely by me, not an associate attorney. Best Workers Comp attorney in Florida
We had a great experience when we met with Mr Cohen. He was the only attorney that we met with that explained the process, what to expect and followed through on everything he said he would do. His assistants were always available to speak to and never had to play phone tag! Highly recommend.

He did an extremely great job with my case! Highly Recommend
I had an unfortunate injury at work and Mr. Cohen was able to refer me to a doctor right away and get my case settled very quick! I also sent a friend to him for a auto accident and she needed surgery but he fought for her and she received a very good settlement.
