I graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, and have handled Personal Injury matters & Social Security disability cases since 1995.

 

I also represent injured and disabled persons in workers’ compensation claims and personal injury lawsuits. Furthermore, I have Spanish speaking assistants who help with my Spanish speaking clients.

 

I take a personal interest in my clients, and will work hard to get you the benefits that you deserve. I have good relationships with judges and other attorneys, and as a result consider myself to be a very skillful negotiator.

 

I am a past member of the Dade Human Rights Foundation, and a current member of the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee of the Florida Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).

The BEST!
Deirdre DiBiaggio Law was completely AMAZING. The Social Security process is not an easy one to navigate and Deirdre and Dayanara go above and beyond to help you. Calling this office was the best decision I could make regarding my appeal for denial of my benefits. Amazing team that really made me feel that I mattered and that I was important as a person and not only as a client. Miss Dibiaggio did fight for my case on many fronts through different appeals and brought on the table a full 100% success rate when the judge granted me my disability status and when the proper payments were made accordingly. Excellent Law Firm
Three years ago, my whole life changed. I was diagnosed with a medical condition that totally disabled me and I could no longer perform my duties at work. Social Security fought hard against my disability, but Deirdre De Biaggio fought harder and prevailed. She and her staff will fight just as hard for anyone. 15 year old case
Didi has been spectacular since she met me as a minor in 2004. I was being pressured by workman’s comp attorneys who were trying to get rid of me taking advantage of the fact that I was a minor. She took my case, stood up for me and made sure they took care of the medical bills that they were responsible for and were trying to get away from covering. Highly recommend. Thank you Didi!

Worker's Comp Case.
Deirdre and I met back in April 2017 I believe. Before Deirdre took my Worker's Comp case against Miami Dade County. I went to three different Worker's Comp Attorney's in Miami Dade . None wanted the case against Miami Dade County. Deirdre cared from day one with me. She never promised that we would win . But Deirdre worked hard for me. Deirdre kept me in the loop from start to finish. Also extremely good about returning calls. Deirdre is a very intelligent Attorney. I was blessed to have her as my Attorney.
