I must say, this was a gr8 experience. Vincent was very informative when he was answering my questions about my personal property damage and what was the best way to get thru both car insurances claims. I was very confused about how to go about: What happens after I get into a car accident that wasn'...t my fault and who would be responsible for my personal property and every single question I asked he would answered. Mr. Tubiana has to be one of the most honest and hard working individual I have yet come to meet. The legal industry needs to have more professionals, like Vince, willing to reach beyond the scope of interest. My case was very unique, one where two previous attorneys earlier last year (2017) did not... want to take or failed to even try to investigate further. When life brought me to Mr. Tubiana, I had already given up. I thought that my case was one that will never be resolved. The 14k plus medical bills that I had would have remained unpaid. I was not at fault for my accident, however, it was my vehicle that I let my "friend" drive under the influence because I did not want to take the risk. Little to say, she totaled my vehicle and two other vehicles, fled the scene, and left me with a concussion. This "friend" fled the scene and disappeared from my life completely. I was left with the damages in all angles. 411 pain and 305 no fault were a HUGE waste of time. Not only were my bills deducted but my "friends" insurance PIP paid all the damages leaving me with some extra money in my pocket as well. Beyond grateful I am to have met such a great and caring lawyer, he truly has given me hope that the legal system does have its good people.

I could not be more impressed with Vincent Tubiana. Last March, a woman took an illegal turn and totaled my rental car. A brand new rental car. I was terrified.
