A very dishonest man with no ethics and values
I hired him with 40% that would go to his award. He was no show at the first hearing. at tearing. If I was NLOT present the Judge would have dismissed the case. The judge bent over backwards for him. I'm sorry you feel this way, but your review does not accurately reflect the facts of our professional relationship. From the beginning, I explained clearly—both in writing and through multiple conversations—that this case was accepted on an hourly basis, not on contingency. After making the initial payment, you requested to change the agreement to contingency, which was never agreed to and was not appropriate for this type of case. It is also incorrect to say that we missed a hearing. We properly filed the necessary paperwork to request a postponement of the hearing, in full compliance with the court's procedures. This is a normal and lawful part of legal practice when circumstances require. When it became clear that you no longer wished to proceed under the terms of our original agreement and were demanding actions that were not legally or ethically permissible, we followed the appropriate procedures to withdraw from representation, consistent with the Rules of Professional Conduct. We made every effort to assist you within the boundaries of the law and our ethical obligations. I understand that you have expressed similar frustrations toward others who have tried to assist you. While I regret that you are dissatisfied, our firm stands by the integrity, professionalism, and honesty with which we handled your matter.
