Intelligent, genuine - sincerely cares for his clients
Frank went up against a juggernaut of a large financial company ( complete with a large team of lawyers on staff ) - Frank won my case ! Does not listen.
I had a consultation with him and I hung up the phone within five minutes. He interrupted me as I was speaking as if we were family, which we are not. He bailed for my five o'clock phone meeting and called me at 6. I will not be calling him again, and I do not recommend him.

Replied last April 12, 2018During the consultation, (like I see many times) the issues presented while unfair were not illegal. I did drive the conversation away from additional extraneous information and began explaining why this wasn’t a violation of the specific law cited. This individual did not accept my conclusion, interrupted me and eventually hung up. As an attorney, funneling out information is an important part of what we do as professionals. I’m going to dig in and pull out the information relevant to your case. Then, regardless of whether your going to be a client, I take the time to explain my case evaluation. Some people thank me for taking the time, some people hang up because they don’t like what they hear.
