Joseph Brien

We hired Joseph Brien in Jan of 2020 to assist with an exit of a timeshare. We were told it could take a while, which we are well aware as we have been trying to exit for about 8 years. There has been very little communication. We were told we would get regular updates. The only time we do get an... update is when we reach out and then it is very vague. I have asked 5 times for an itemized list of activities that have done to help exit the timeshare. My first request was approximately one year ago. The last time I reached out, the end of January 2024, I didn't get any response, so reached out this week and was told they thought they had sent it and would get it out soon. I still have not received the info and have no idea how close we are to an exit. It does not feel like we have an advocate or representation at all. Timely and upfront information just doesn't happen. I would not recommend. We paid up front and do not feel like we have gotten anything close to what we paid for.

My wife and I were in search of a solution to get out out of our timeshare which was misrepresented to us. The staff at HGVC were ineffective in terms of helping us exit. Finally we were referred to Joe Brien and let's just say, the rest is history! He successfully obtained a release and my wife an...d I are no longer timeshare owners. Very professional and effective service!

Joe Brien and his staff are the best at what they do . I spoke with multiple offices about helping me get out of my Time Share , but all they wanted to do was list the Time Share and Charge me for marketing the unit . And on top of that , they couldn’t guarantee me that my unit would sell. Joe didn...’t do that . Joe told me he had the knowledge and experience to get me out of the near fraudulent contract that I had been misled into signing. I hired Joe and his team and I was not disappointed. I would Highly recommend Joe and his Team to anyone looking to get out of their Time Share.

I never thought I could get out of this seemingly lifelong commitment of owing a timeshare, but Joseph Brien and his team did it! I am no longer a prisoner and am cleared of all legal responsibility for my timeshare. It took almost a year but I am free! Joseph was very informative, was honest and... very reasonable in his fees. My credit did not take a hit and I am extremely happy with the service. He delivered everything he said he would do. I recommend anyone needing to get out of a timeshare to use Joseph Brien
