Client was approached to sell Commercial Property where an Autobody Shop was doing business. Buyer immediately assigned contract and did not notify us. As a consequence new buyer lost rights availabl ... e under purchase agreement and agreement was terminated and deposit forefeit. City threatened to proceed through immenent domain. As a consequence of intensive negotiations, City paid for all enviromentals and cost related thereto at a savings equal to 10% of the sales price.
