Extremely grateful to A. Severance!

I have my children with me today, primarily thanks to the attention of Ashley Severance. I was faced with the darkest time in my life. My children were taken from me, to Florida, by their mother. An agreement was signed allowing me visitation and shared responsibility. Mother simply refused to coope...rate or allow me any rights to my children. Worse than that, she was accusing me of domestic violence and child abuse. Jurisdiction of custody was relinquished to Florida. Their were many delays. The courts in my home state and in Florida seemed to do very little to ensure I could exercise my rights. Then Ashley Severance was appointed as Guardian Ad Litem. Immediately, Mrs. Severance went to work gathering information and conducting interviews. Right away her report and recommendations brought attention to what my kids were being put through. Finally, the court was listening to my pleas. There are far too many details to mention here. After over two years, trial was held this week. Mrs. Severance's report, testimony and that of several experts retained at her recommendations, were all major influencers in our case. There isn't enough space here to truly explain the work Ashley Severance did in my case. She was very intuitive. She took her time to do a thorough job contacting countless individuals. Her knowledge of the law and experience with family/ child cases was certainly helpful. More than that was her instinct as a mother herself. I believe her understanding and genuine concern for my kids drove her to do more than just her job in this case. Ashley Severance's official title in my case was Guardian Ad Litem. I will forever consider her my and my children's Guardian Angel.

Best Attorney In Brevard!

I had a very difficult divorce case so I interviewed numerous attorney's and decided on Ashley Severance. Ashley Severance was incredible! She knows law inside & out. She is VERY knowledgeable. Not only did my case involve the divorce, but it also involved a very difficult child custody case with my ...younger children. Ashley made certain she was very familiar with everything concerning the case, and left no stone unturned. I honestly don't believe that any other attorney could have handled this case as well as Ashley did. She not only is professional in every sense of the word, she is personable and truly cares about her clients, and their well being. I have nothing but highest of accolades to say about Ashley and her firm. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Ashley and Amy for doing such a great job!

Integrity and Honesty

Ashley Severance has represented me through a variety of situations. Whether it's adjusting child support in an amicable situation or representing her client in the courtroom, Ashley is brilliant. She works quickly and charges clients reasonably. If you need to get in touch with her, she will actuall...y return your phone call or email and she doesn't hide behind a secretary. She does not waste time or money like so many other family law attorneys. Ashley represents what all family law attorneys should strive to emulate.

A great choice

Ashley Severance is a very effective and honest lawyer. She handled my case expertly and provide me with guidance on the case all along the way. She is teacher of family law at the local college and therefore is very update on the most current happenings. I was really impressed with her knowledge and... usage of case law to defend our positions in court. The case unfolded as she predicted which was impressive. She tells the client like it is and not just what she thinks you want to hear. As a Lawyer, she was very consciousness with how my money was spent and consistently took a path that was financially favorable to me. This attention to cost is rare in an attorney. I was very satisfied and impressed with her work. I was able to keep a meaningful relationship with my son with the outcome of the case. I would wholly recommend her for anyone in the future for family law issues.

Always there and truly cares

Ashley really listens and takes time to assess what you are going through. I never felt like I was out of touch with her and she is always three steps ahead. She is extremely communicative and has always responded in a timely manner. Ashley and her office have gone above and beyond for my family ...and I. She is committed, professional, and ready to tackle challenges head on. Ashley really takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable and fully understand what is occurring. I cannot say enough great things about Ashley.
