Rachel R. Bachand

Mrs. Bachand took my case after I had been through 3 lawyers. She listened and understood my case down to the smallest detail. She has a team Sheryl and Jessica who are right there with her. They don't miss a beat. They took ownership of my case. They by far went above and beyond what was necess...ary when things got tough. Family law is emotional. They helped in a way you would expect from friends but always made sure business was taken care of. During every argument in hearings, Mrs. Bachand was well prepared and she never let the other attorney get off the subject at hand. She is very good at keeping the argument focused. She can always redirect the other attorney and judge back to the subject at hand. I won't go into the details of the case, but it turned out great for my child and me.

You cannot base an attorney on what they charge, some are living on their previous reputation, some undercharge and underperform. This attorney is young and energetic. She will get you to a good place. Trust her, even when you don't hear from her, she is working, I know this first hand because just when I thought nothing was happening, I'd see the effect of her work and how much time she put into it based on her court filings.
