You will not find another attorney who will be as understanding or who will prepare you more than Rachel and her team. They informed me of every step of the process, did not make me promises they weren't able to keep, knew my case better than me, and was able to settle my case without the headache of... going to court and hoping for the best. If you need a family law attorney (divorce, paternity, etc.), don't go at it alone. Hire Rachel, and I promise you it will be the best decision you make. I read her reviews before hiring her and most agree with me completely. There are always some people who are just ridiculous. They are just unhappy with any outcome. You can't blame your attorney just because you don't get everything you want, no one does, but you have to share what was built during the marriage and you need her to help you through it to get a fair resolution. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Mrs. Bachand was highly recommended to me from my prior attorney who had moved out of state. At first Mrs Bachand seemed like she would be a great replacement for our case involving a simple parenting plan. This was 2 years ago and we still do not have an appropriate parenting plan in place, causing ...issues between the parents. She did not answer questions in a timely manner and most of the time received emails from her paralegal regarding law issues. I felt she did not keep me informed regarding the process and updates in the case. I do not feel that she has represented my case properly. This same issue is happening with a friend's case. Mrs. Bachand is not responsive to that person's phone calls/emails in a decent time frame, taking more than 3 days in order to speak with her regarding pressing issues. I am not happy with the representation of this lawyer. She may be knowledgeable regarding the law but keeping clients informed and responding to their questions should also be an important part of practice.

Mrs. Bachand took my case after I had been through 3 lawyers. She listened and understood my case down to the smallest detail. She has a team Sheryl and Jessica who are right there with her. They don't miss a beat. They took ownership of my case. They by far went above and beyond what was necess...ary when things got tough. Family law is emotional. They helped in a way you would expect from friends but always made sure business was taken care of. During every argument in hearings, Mrs. Bachand was well prepared and she never let the other attorney get off the subject at hand. She is very good at keeping the argument focused. She can always redirect the other attorney and judge back to the subject at hand. I won't go into the details of the case, but it turned out great for my child and me.

After dealing with 4 lawyers, Rachel immediately got to work. She came highly recommended from another prominent attorney int he community due to a conflict. She is quick, to the point, and she keeps slick lawyers on the subject at hand. This attorney is well liked throughout the court community a...nd truly cares about the well being of the child and it shows in her work. She commands respect from judges and attorneys alike. Judges like her because she is no nonsense. She does not put up with nonsense, she is never rude or disrespectful. She doesn't bully, she just sticks to the facts. Many nights I would get e-mails from her in the middle of the night while she was working on my case. This lawyer is tops and her paralegal staff is the best. Jessica and Sheryl don't miss a beat. They are the oil that keeps this machine running! After three attorneys, I know good paralegals and ones that just tell you what you want to hear. I consider everyone in this office lifelong friends. They kept me sane during one of the most stressful times of my lives. You get what you pay for, and sometimes the overpriced attorneys get you for what you paid. You cannot base an attorney on what they charge, some are living on their previous reputation, some undercharge and underperform. This attorney is young and energetic. She will get you to a good place. Trust her, even when you don't hear from her, she is working, I know this first hand because just when I thought nothing was happening, I'd see the effect of her work and how much time she put into it based on her court filings. I can't say enough about Rachel, Joseph, Jessica, and Sheryl. I have nicknamed them "The Dream Team".
