also known as Martin G. White, Marty White
I am a retired law enforcement officer with over twenty years experience as an officer. I obtained my undergraduate degree and the majority of my law degree while also working as a full time officer, supervisor and shift commander.
As an attorney, I was a prosecutor in two circuits in Florida. I prosecuted cases that ranged from juvenile, misdemeanor up to felonies that were punishable by up to life in prison. After attempting to go into private practice I found that my interest and passion were still in law enforcement.
That passion lead me to what I do now. By representing officers who find themselves either being investigated or charged with various violations, I find that I am able to use my years of experience in order to provide a heartfelt and straight forward service to my clients. I understand their perspectives and concerns because I am still an officer at heart.

I was told by another Lawyer that I needed to take a plea bargain because I was already going to loose my job and taking a plea would keep me out of prison. I would recomm...

Mr. White is a phenomenal attorney. I am a police officer and came to him after my department stabbed me in the back, lied and fired me. I knew what they did was completely wrong but no matter what I said, they didn't listen. Once I was fired, the State Attorney filed charges on me. I was getting it ...
