I had heard very positive things about the Law Firm of Michael T. Gibson and decided to give their office a call. Prior to the first accident, I had never been in a car accident before. Dealing with the insurance company, selecting the right doctors to go to for my injuries was all foreign to me. ...I worked closely with Jennifer throughout the process and she could not have been more sweet and caring when it came to my situation. It’s hard to believe they had other clients with the amount of care and attention they gave to me! Any question I had was answered promptly. Their entire office is extremely helpful, everything is done in a timely manner. With my second accident, there was no doubt as to who I would call. Where to begin? This attorney's office is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I am not an attorney, but I would have done a more efficient and timely job than they did. First off, why hire office staff that cannot comprehend every day basic fifth grade language?...Paraprofessionals that do n...ot communicate?...an attorney that doesn't get around to your case for over 5 weeks? I should have run as soon as I realized how inefficient the office staff was. I was put on hold 4 times during a follow up call to see if all the paperwork and photos were received. When the para Wanda finally got on the phone, she made excuses for the secretary, saying she was probably looking up my file. That would have been an acceptable answer if she had actually even taken my name!! Well, after giving them a piece of my mind, (something any good attorney would appreciate) I received a certified letter stating they would no long represent me. Boo hoo, woe is me? NOT After attaining another attorney...who told me that if I hadn't taken the photos of the scene myself, I would have no case!! Gibson and his flock of fools never did their due diligence and instead relied on me to perform their roles of defense team. New attorney also asked if measurements/dimensions of the scene were taken...NOPE...was never even mentioned and now the accident scene has been compromised. Please don't waste your time on this attorney and his staff. My new attorney is meeting with me tomorrow (less than 24 hours from my call). I still have not met Michael Gibson because his office is chaotic and his priorities are not conducive to his client's best interests. I can go on with more details, but I think you've got the picture...and I'm ready to move on with a real attorney. Do yourself a favor, RUN, don't walk.
