It’s incredible to read the other review that had a negative experience with his law firm Because it sounds just like my story. Lack of action, the feeling like you are begging or asking for something rather than paying for service. The lack of thorough explanation about the legal process and the sim...plicity of time your actual consequences seems to be a trademark of this lawyer. I am now confused because I don’t know if he was working for the DA office or if he was there to represent me and fight for my innocence because looking back, there was always a deal on the table, There was always an option of simplicity, as if he didn’t want to be bothered with this issue. I completely understand the result of those actions because a simple search and reading of the legal system lead me to understand the consequences of his lack of action, a convicted felon, taking the time to explain or looking into other options rather than a quick deal that he prosecutor to get out of the way. I’m not here to ask for anything from the justice system or from this man I’m here to prevent you from making a mistake if you’re reading this for an actual lawyer says if you feel like your second home then go ahead and hire him

I met this man a couple years ago when a friend of mine needed help and I'll tell you what from back then he was amazing but I ended up getting into some trouble and as soon as he received the phone call he jumped into action I used his bail man and I was out within a few hours and I had Mr Chris ret...ained before I even was released I can sell you one thing about him when it comes to his clients he does not play around with the case that I had pending I was looking at doing many years but this man right here made sure that I received a phone call from him today with the best news ever that my case was dismissed I can never thank him enough too bad I can't make a cheesecake take in anymore but if you are ever in need of a great or one of the best I should say criminal defense attorneys call this man right here. I know when I went in to speak with him he told me just sit back and let him work his magic and sure enough today was the day that made this whole rest of this year all because of two words that he said to me which was case dismissed but as I said if you want the best criminal attorney around see this man right here and if I could give 10,000 Stars I would! I called Chris for a phone consultation after contacting at least 5 other firms. Within the first minute of our conversation I knew I was hiring him. He was quick, factual and accurate in every way. I was always able to reach him immediately via phone, email etc. The charges against my family member ...were felony criminal mischief, felony battery by strangulation and a misdemeanor as well. Within a couple of weeks and Chris’s hard work and speed, all charges were dropped. Without probation! I’m so happy to have met and hired Chris and plan to always contact him first for any legal advice I may have in the future. I hired Chris to represent me in a criminal case in Osceola County. At first, I thought he was a good attorney, we were all on the same page. I had my Pretrial Release violated and Chris was able to get the warrant dismissed and PTR reinstated. That was about the best he did. That's also somethin...g any competent attorney should have been able to get done in favor of their client. That is where he stopped working on my case. Although I may have been behind a little on payments, I communicated with him. In the end this attorney wanted all if his money before actually doing the work on my case. He "represented" me for 9 months and in those 9 months he never filed a motion to suppress evidence which should have been done a month or so after receiving discovery from the State. He didn't do any depositions on my behalf which also should have been done. Basically my new attorney did more work in the two weeks he had my case then Chris did in the whole 9 months. My new attorney told me that Chris basically did nothing for me. That's his words not mine. So as I see all these good reviews about Chris, it makes me wonder how many are real and how many are fake because although his cost of service was reasonable, his due diligence to actually work the case on my behalf was below par. My suggestion to you, like my new attorney said to me, you get what you pay for. Don't pay for Chris unless you plan on taking a plea deal like what a public defender would want you to do. He's not some big trial attorney. If I would have stuck with him I probably would be in jail today. So if jail is your second home, then stick with Chris. Otherwise if you enjoy your freedom, look elsewhere and believe me, you'll be happy you did.
