Adam Lloyd Pollack

First let me say, Mr Pollack was always kind, however his work was poor. Each of the 5 or 6 times we had to show up for court he was late, usually around 30 mins. The judge called my name but my lawyer wasn't there, and this happened at least 3 times. Also, every time he did show, he wore a suit jac...ket which was extremely wrinkled as if it was balled up underneath his car seat or if it had been slept in. Appearance is very important in court, so tardiness and looking unpresentable is not acceptable from someone who claims to be a professional. He took a criminal case of mine for a drug offense, and after already paying him and not being able to afford another attorney, it was clear he wasnt familiar with the law concerning drug offenses. When he made my plea it was done hastily, and he attempted to make a deal that wasnt possible under Florida law. he asked to plea to the charge for a lesser sentence, but didnt realize that it had mandatory minimum. So upon our plea, the judge had to remind him that it would be impossible, and that everything had to be hashed out again. It seems he did very little in preparation for the case and everything was being done hastily while in court. It seemed he made no attempt to conduct any business outside of court concerning the case. He may be a decent lawyer in some aspect, but it is obvious he doesnt know much at all about Florida drug laws, and has very little experience. Also, at one point I mentioned I wasnt pleased, and he had the nerve to scold me like I was a schoolboy, and tell me Im the reason I was in the mess, as if I wasnt aware of that and didnt feel at fault enough. I hired him to defend me and be on my side, not to take the side of the state and feel that I should be punished because of my guilt. He seemed to fail to realize I was paying him. I knew I made a mistake, but that why I hired him. I needed help, not another person pointing the finger at me. Also, he was very hard to get a hold of or get a response from when I made inquiries about the case. when it comes to criminal drug offenses, he is the last person Id go to. When you spend thousands of dollars, you expect that there is work going on behind the scenes, and that your lawyer will know what he is talking about, that he will show up to court on time, be prepared, and look presentable, but unfortunately he failed in all these aspects.

This is my first time ever getting arrested and I didn't know what to do. I contacted Adam Pollack and he sat me down and explained everything to me. He is a down to earth person and a good hearted lawyer. He's not the type just looking for your money, he actually takes time to explain everything and... answers any questions you have.

Adam made my whole divorce process stressless and therefore a smooth process. His paralegal Amy kept me up to date as well and Adam returned all my emails and phone calls during the process of my divorce. Personally I would prefer him to my family, friends and co workers who are planning to go thro...ugh a divorce. You are in good hands when Adam takes your case and the plus side is that you do not have to sell your kid to pay for his services at all. I would definitely use his services again if needed to.

5 stars really does not justify a rating for Adam. If I could give him 100 stars I would. From the day we hired him until my last day in court he did a PHENOMENAL job. I truly do not know when this man has time to sleep because he is working it seems literally 24 hours a day. He always kept his work ...and always did for me everything that he promised me. He would come visit me at 11pm at night after being in court all day long. He is a very tough attorney and is not intimidated by an prosecutor or Judge. He never once tried to persuade me to take any type of plea deal. He always explained everything very thoroughly but the ultimate decision was always up to me. He has no problem with taking your case to trial. He is very confident in his work which he should be because he is amazing at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in any type of legal trouble. I promise you he will not let you down. When he came to see me the first time he told me they were not offering me any plea deal, he came back a few days later and said they offered me 5 years in prison. But he did not stop there. He fought for me all the way up until the day of Jury selection and I ended up with no prison or jail time. I am so thankful for Adam and I am so happy we hired him because now I am home with my family and have a chance to start my life over and it is all because of him. He will never steer you in the wrong direction he is very upfront and honest about EVERYTHING!!! DO NOT waste your money anywhere else if you need legal representation go to ADAM POLLACK he can truly save your life like he did MINE!!!
