Excellent and Knowledgeable Entertainment Lawyer

We worked with James and his team on an extremely complicated contract for a television series that dealt with multiple production companies in several countries. James is very pleasant to deal with, and helpful in making sure you understand what a contract says and advising on areas that could improve. He's extremely detailed and knowledgeable about the Entertainment Industry in general, and the most effective way to set up corporate structures to accommodate your companies specific needs. It's always a pleasure to work with him.

Great Team

The team at the Law Office of James D. Pacitti took great care of my case. Leonardo and Steve were there from the very beginning to the end. They handled everything for me. The Best!

James represented me on an unexpected case that threw my life for a loop, and I can't say enough about what an instant relief it was when he stepped in. For common, down to-earth, Legal Professional Credit Advisor help against Scavenger Creditors

I found Pacitti law firm by Google search. Suffering from stress, numerous severe health issues, the constant barrage of scavenger collector calls, I reached my limit of passive tolerance and reached out for help. I was extremely relieved to find Mr. James Pacitti, a seemly plain spoken Legal Professional who used words I understood. James returned EVERY call I placed, answered every E-Mail I sent timely and answered every question I had. His over the top help resolving the misguided legal matters at hand were great relief to me. Pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable, a compassionate listener, James quickly resolved the issues in my favor & conclusion. James backed down the credit predator collectors that were harassing me in error and gave me some level of sanity back. Thank you James. -
