I was sitting in my cell not knowing why my life was being turned upside down. I was put in a cell where the air conditioning was every bit of 45 degrees. All I had was a thin blanket and a sheet. I hadn't talked to my family and all I could do was continue to pray. The guard called my name and sai...d I had a visitor, I went to see who it was and sitting there was this guy that had not shaved, with jeans and cowboy boots. I was on one hand glad to see that my family had got me an attorney but on the other hand I was thinking where did they get this guy. The first thing he did was introduce himself, he kinda had an idea of what happened but he wanted to here from me. Then he said looked at me and said he had to decide if he wanted to take my case. He told me when I got out on bail that I would never see the inside of a jail cell again. I thought surely this would be over quickly but it wasn't and it tested my faith. The prosecutor during the trial was angry but Adam continue to be calm, for every curve she would throw he would hit it out of the park. After the case went to the jury he was right there and when the jury acquitted me of all charges he was still right there. When it was all over tears of joy and relief came over me. My son was falsely arrested. I knew nothing about the system in Fla. I came there to bail my son out and was lost on how to obtain a good lawyer.
