Everyone was saying " man, you're thru ! " but not Mr Weart...from the start he made me feel as if he believed in my innocence and would do ALL he could to reveal my truth ! Once he heard my story he immediatly went to work and told me to just go and live my life and worry not...I've been to prison ...2 times and thought " well innocent or not , here I go again " I was facing at least 40 years if convicted at best and life at worst...either way it wasn't looking good ! Enter James Weart ! From jump he treated me as a man , not as a convicted felon and definitely not as a doomed individual. He is calm , cool and down to earth . Was arrested for DUI (BAL above 2.0) involving minor fender bender. Was facing serious consequences (30 days jail, upward $4,000 fines, vehicle impoundment, ignition device and five years license suspension) due to having a DUI five years ago.
