Mrs. Debra is just overall AMAZING! let me just explain that I had a back and forth Paternity/time sharing/child support case for my young child in which the petitioner in the case was her biological father whom resided in Florida and I had moved from Orlando to New york without permission from anyon...e because I had & still am the sole provider for the child. The court proceedings in Orlando went on for 9 months!! starting 6months after i had moved out of state. As i was pro say the petitioner and his attorney would harass me & try to get me to settle outside of court after i put in a motion to dismiss to carry on case in mine & my child's home state of NY! Well I was so scared that this man, after my child is almost 2 years old wanted to come back in her life & offer me for my child who didn’t know him as her father live with him 6 months out the year! I immediately began my search for a lawyer online as my hearing for the dismissal was coming up in 8 days and I had to appear in FL! Well my next statement will say it all, upon having not yet hearing of Debra I called another law firm which i later found out is the competition law firm & they stated there was not enough time for them to review all the documents in my case & prepare but they knew someone that might & she is good! those were the exact words when i was forwarded Debra’s information to find out that i was referred by the same lawyer who has seen Debra from the other side of the table and still RESPECT's her so much he will refer clients to her! With all that being said Debra was retained on Monday received my paperwork on Tuesday and court was Wednesday morning!! I spoke with Debra twice over the phone & that was it! we had planned for me to meet her an hour before court to go over details but being that my flight landed in Florida at 3:30 am I fell short of that promise, Needless to say i met her as we were walking into the court room together as my case was called with NO review of my case she took it on by herself with the research she did! And that’s it! She is VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY PUNCTUAL, ON POINT with everything! You would have thought she had taken on my case 9 months ago! SHE IS RESPECTED, AND HER WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF! It’s hard not knowing who to trust especially when it involves the ones dearest to you like your children! & when like in my situation being out of state! But she is SO TRUSTWORTHY & she Values her clients & her work I met her and only spent the time with her in the court room & i feel like she is family! You can tell this is more than a job for her & rather her passion! I WILL RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE! 100%! You will NOT GO WRONG HAVING HER AS YOUR ATTORNEY. I am forever grateful of her amazing work, as I was granted the dismissal of the case on that day and now have full sole custody in the state of NY.

I am so grateful to have been referred years ago to this wonderful woman! She helped me with my divorce from my husband who was in the military.
