I would definitely hire Scott again! He walked in to court with me to fight for my babies and what was in their best interest! He was smooth and a quick thinker! I was absolutely amazed. Rhiannon was the paralegal on my case. She did an amazing job in helping me get all the info I needed for court an...d my evidence gathered. I couldn't of asked for a better team. They both also kept reassuring me what the other party was seeking was unreachable! We walked out of court with everything that was in the best interest of my babies. Mr. Schlegel was phenomenal in court. Opposing counsel was obviously ill-prepared, but Scott came in looking and acting very well put together. He was very organized and meticulous in his note taking during the entire proceedings. Not only was Mr. Schlegel punctual and prepared, it was apparent that... he retains a wealth of knowledge regarding case law. He was able to easily reference past cases to make valid points while arguing mine. Concise and direct, Scott did not waste any of my time during preparations or during the actual court proceedings. His questioning helped me to feel at ease in a tense divorce proceeding. I give him so much credit for the very favorable outcome that was handed down.

Scott was very responsive before the first check was received. After that, i felt I was chasing him for information. My case took much longer than it should have (confirmed with other attorneys) My impression was he has over booked himself and doesn't give you the time you deserve. One year after my ...settlement agreement was signed I went to another attorney, who flat told me I never should signed what I did. Long story short, I was not happy with the "service" I receieved. If you are looking for a personal approach to legal services, this is not where to go.
