Criminal Defense advice session

It was fantastic that I could get professional advice right at home. I did not have to take time off work and the consult was a fraction of the price. Atty Gunter was very knowledgeable in regards to my situation and was able to answer all my questions an concerns. Definitely recommending to everyone...!

Mr.Gunter is an outstanding lawyer. His service was professional, intellectual and textbook. He found all the variables and weighed out all the scenarios of what was being faced. If you give your him your story he will work with it and show you results you wouldn't think possible. My case changed ...the course of my life and no short feat thanks to Mr.Gunter. High quality professional work and from this firm, the judge said so herself.

Very Grateful for Matthew!

I was arrested for DUI with Refusal to Submit to Tests/Procedures after my wife and I were out one night. I didn't know where to turn because I've never been in a situation like this. As soon as I was home from the uncomfortable night at the jail I researched what I should do. I called a few refere...nced lawyers from friends and family, but I decided to call around others that I found myself. Matthew was willing to meet and discuss my options within 2 hours of calling. He was even scheduled to see a football game that evening in Gainesville, but was willing to take the time for me before he traveled. After discussing the options with my wife we decided to go with Matthew which I believe was the best choice. He not only was, and still is, very responsive. He will communicate via email, text and phone calls. He will provide any information and answer any questions that are desired. Matthew was able to get me referred to Pre-Trial diversion in Orange County, and provided advice on what I should do and expect. I can vouch that Matthew Gunter knows law very well, and desires to help those that need it. He is very professional, and I will recommend him to any family or friend!

Very happy DUI client

Matthew is a very knowledgeable lawyer, I had the chance to work with him in a very difficult time of my life. I was arrested for DUI and reckless driving on the worst night of my life so far, I was very fortunate to find out about Katz & Phillips firm where I was introduced to Mr. Gunter. New to... all this, I was a little worried since I wanted a lawyer who could fight for me not just because of money, but because they care about their client as well....and oh did he fight for me! Matthew and his team at Katz & Phillips put up a fight for me that I'll never forget, my trial went from 9 AM to 9 PM and they fought till the end. I was charged with the minimums for reckless driving, but MOST importantly I was found NOT guilty of DUI and NO jail time! I will always be thankful to Matthew and his team, and I would recommend him anytime. Great lawyer that will fight for you!
