Smart, hard working and dedicated to her clients needs. Her heart is in it!

Ms. Gleason was referred to me by a friend after we needed to fire our former attorney for treating my sister's case like her parental rights, after becoming disabled, were unimportant and optional. My sister was the primary caregiver of her young child when a medical tragedy struck. To give you a l...ittle insight into our last attorney, when I found out my sister's cancer had returned and was devastated and in tears on the phone with our former attorney regarding only that news for 15 minutes, she charged us her hourly rate for the call. It's not about the money, it's the lack of compassion. If it were only that fact and she was an effective attorney otherwise, I would have stayed with her anyway. That however was not the case. In contrast, Ms. Gleason's heart is not only in the right place (she cares for her clients as people and is a very compassionate person), she also knew the law much better than our last allegedly well rated attorney. Ms. Gleason was able to point by point explain the blatant mistakes/oversights that were made in the past that led to us having a negative judgement - which was based only on the opposing sides filings that were never responded to by our council. I am a professor; the former attorney was like the student that showed up to class without doing their homework, only in this case we would have to suffer all of the consequences. Ms. Gleason is the opposite. She has always made herself available to speak with us about our concerns, always explained the applicable laws at hand and has prepared herself in the events we have endured. To have such a smart and deeply caring attorney is a rarity. She is untraditional in the most meaningful ways that assists her clients in as positive an outcome as possible. She prioritizes her clients needs and goes above and beyond to get the job done. She has taken calls from us outside of business hours when necessary. She is always offering to help us think through the best ways to proceed. She is strong, smart and pragmatic. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Excellent Attorney!!

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY! When you don’t know that you too have rights as a parent that includes more than doing whatever the mother states, it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. In addition to not understanding, a legal process, further complicates matters even more. Catherine “Ka...tie” Gleason is heaven sent! Katie explained the law, my rights and outlined in clear language the steps in the process that where needed to be done. I can’t say that I completely understood or agreed with the process even then cause my main concern was seeing my son, being present, and him not forgetting me because the mom was bitter, and angry because I left her. I did not leave my son! Katie was very reassuring, articulate, knowledgeable and her guidance was very effective. Katie was selected on a recommendation from a trusted friend who had experienced a similar situation and had Katie as his legal counsel and was some of the "Best" advice I have ever received. Great Lawyer - Quardarell, Child Custody and Criminal case client.

Best lawyer and Friend anyone could have

Katie took our case and stood by us thru all.of.it no matter where is went she was on top of everything we never had to worry and in the end just as she said all.of case turned out great . If.you.need a caring ,kind and true lawyer who works hard Katie Gleason is that lawyer.

a rare gem

Nothing prepares you for the stress and anxiety involved in a custody battle... I can honestly say I don't know where I'd be without Katie! My battle went on for well over a year and with less than a month before trial, katie settled a case against my lawyer ex. This was a case that no one would... imagine could be settled in a million years. Katie is both caring and clever. She's very experienced and she always has a lot of cases going on. However, I can't imagine any lawyer going more above and beyond. If you want a real person with a soul to represent you and not just another run of the mill attorney...look no further!!!
