LORENA WAS AMAZING, SHE WAS NOT ONLY AN EXCEPTIONAL ATTORNEY BUT HAS BECOME A FRIEND.

I was referred to Lorena by a previous client who raved about her. I was faced with a situation where I needed an attorney that was diligent and aggressive. I took my friends advise since Lorena helped not only him in his foreclosure case, but his daughter as well in her divorce case. I contacted Lor...ena and right away I felt comfortable and new that she was going to be my attorney. I hired her that same day and she began to work on my case. Although she tried hard to settle my case at mediation my ex girlfriend did not understand the benefits of settling. My case went to trial and Lorena was extremely prepared to the point where the Judge commented on how organized she was. We won the case and I got everything I could have wanted and more. She was amazing. Even though the case is over, I still stop by her office just to say hi and she always greets me with open arms. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney.

I retained her services for a defense of foreclosure and what she tried to do was get me to sell my house thru her realtor husband. Did not represented me properly in court, did not perform her duties and then withdraw from the case and kept all the money she was paid in full for the services she nev...er provided.

the client that posted the frivolous comment is a paralegal who toughthe knew what he was doing but in fact harmed his case. He hired me to fix what he messed up, which I did. I represented him, I appered in court and entered into an agreed ordered that benefited him. he got it in his head that i was not at the hearing although proof was provided that i was. based on his complaints and his behavior i contacted the fla bar which stated that i was within my right to withdraw and because of the retainer verbage i was not obligated to refund his money.

An Ethically Bankrupted Lawyer

Horrible experience with this office. Billing was never on time. My lawyer that was on my case quit mid case and Lorena herself handled my case. She does not answer her phone calls, will not answer her emails at all. Has hired the rudest teenage girl as one of her secretaries. Also has no clue about ...foreclosure forensics. All she says is SHORT SALE. The only saving grace about this law office is her mother is very helpful. Other than that you might as well save your money, she just reports what is public knowledge on the county clerk records.
