3 yrs ago I signed an Engagement Letter as Counsel. I was told agreement would be in force after one week. Before the week was up I had asked Mr. Rodriguez for a full refund or at least Half the Deposit and he insisted that we meet in person instead of sending emails. I told him that I just wanted... my money back did not want to incur any Office Visit Fee. Never heard from him again. It has been 3 years.
