Biography
Born in Philadelphia, PA., Cary G. Blake graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in criminal justice. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in 2001 where he was elected Senator to the Student Bar Association.
Mr. Blake’s primary practice is immigration law. He handles a wide variety of services from employment and family-based visas and green cards, criminal and non criminal waivers before DHS, CBP, USCIS and EOIR. He represents individuals, including, but not limited to, professionals, entrepreneurs/investors (EB-5 investor visas), artists, entertainers, athletes and others with extraordinary ability seeking either temporary or permanent residence in the US.
Mr. Blake has been particularly successful representing foreign investors (EB-5 program) and defending legal permanent residents (green card holders) and other inadmissible aliens (non-residents green card holders) from Deportation /Removal before the Immigration Court.
Mr. Blake is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New Jersey State Bar, United States District Court of New Jersey.

Amazing resource
I needed a US Lawyer for one of my clients. I needed help ASAP. In the middle of the night, early morning, Mr. Blake is available when emergencies accuse. He knows what he is talking about. He is fast and love he's professionalism. I recommend him and I keep him in my close contacts !
