I highly recommend Keersten to be your choice .

Keersten was on top of my case and my lawyer in my divorce and custody case for well over 3 years. My case was complicated after relocations of both my ex and myself . Keersten performs her best in negotiating and working hard to resolve issues. She is at her best during mediations. She knows the... law and is able to uses her knowledge to never leave a stone unturned.

A doctor's attorney

Excellent in helping me through a difficult time with a formidable wife. Such a complicated case with many properties, kids and complications. She knows the law like no other and easily cuts through it. I recommend Keersten to those having a tough time. The best I've seen.

Fair, Competent and a Realist - I Recommend Keersten Martinez

I’ve hired Keersten for almost a year now to handle my divorce. She is very proficient, efficient, exacting and prompt. I’ve never had any trouble getting a hold of her or getting an update on my case. I am impressed with her quick wit and knowledge of the law. Keersten is a realist and gives... me an accurate picture of what is happening in my divorce and what I can expect at the various stages. While she does everything to keep a case from needing to go to trial court, she also does everything to make sure her client isn’t being wronged or taken advantage of, by the opposing party. I believe she always has my best interests in mind. For example, in my case, she made sure to seek an imputation my former spouse’s income, when it became apparent she wasn’t going to work, in a possible attempt for more alimony or child support. Keersten is a strong believer of fairness and Fathers rights as well. She secured a 50/50 timesharing and parenting arrangement in my divorce, thus preserving my rights as a father and giving me the opportunity to be the best dad I can. Keersten is very professional and has excellent working relationships with the other family law attorneys in Central Florida. She came highly recommended by a colleague at work. I understand she is board certified in Family Law, which is a credential that less than 5% of family law attorneys have. You won’t see a billboard or advertisement for Keersten.
